Marketing Executive

Location: UK Thames Valley

This new position is ideally suited to an enthusiastic, versatile and self-motivated individual with a "can do" attitude who is looking for a challenging and fulfilling global marketing position. Candidates should be degree educated, preferably with 1-3 years experience of marketing within a hi-tech business. Experience of the finance sector would be beneficial.

Technical Support Analyst, North America

Location: Boston

 This varied role involves working as part of our technical support team with responsibility for issue resolution and the development of service enhancements to our products. The role is customer-facing, covers all aspects of support and also includes responsibility for remote and on-site installations, upgrades and support of client systems.
 
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and personal attributes:
 
Technical

  • Programming experience/background essential - key technologies are VB6, VB.NET, ASP, ASP.NET

  • Database experience essential - key technologies are MS SQL Server 2005/2008

  • Familiarity with Microsoft database technologies essential - T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, functions, installation, sizing, performance, etc.

  • Windows and Network experience – key technologies are Window Server 2003/2008, IIS, COM+/MTS, DCOM, MMQ, Active Directory

 
Personal

  • Ability to work under pressure and with competing priorities

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Flexible working hours to accommodate world time zone support

  • Good telephone manner, strong sense of ownership and client focus

  • Experience in the financial market place (would be beneficial)  

 
The successful candidate for this role would ideally be educated to Degree level.
 
As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to take part in basic written/mathematical aptitude test and a development test.
