Founded in 1999, Equipos is a leading supplier of client communications software solutions to the financial sector.

Our product suite provides document management and client reporting solutions to the institutional and private client asset management sector.

Equipos Inc is located in Atlantic Avenue, Boston, and will shortly be relocating to larger premises. Equipos Limited is headquartered at 4 Lombard Street, at the heart of London's financial district, and our Partner Sales and Marketing hub is located close to many of our technology partners in the UK's Thames Valley. Our Technology Centre is based in the West Midlands.

The senior management team, predominantly based in London, brings a wealth of experience in the financial sector.

Equipos has a prestigious international client base and is well placed to scale for exponential revenue growth. We partner with high profile, complementary solution providers to achieve and retain domination in specific market sectors. This will ensure sustainable long term growth and drive high shareholder value, while building strong recurring revenues.

Solutions partners include major players in the financial sector including Thomson Reuters, SimCorp, Third Financial and Investmaster who represent Equipos globally.

Equipos has grown more than 50% year-on-year since 2008, in both revenue and staffing terms, and has nearly tripled in profitability. With a strong balance sheet and a proven customer focused sales methodology, Equipos is currently successful in organic revenue growth.

A major market player in the financial sector has a significant minority share holding, while the remaining share ownership is held entirely by directors and senior managers. The management team will be looking in the future to accelerate its revenue growth and invite discussions with synergistic investment partners.

In November 2011 Coric was named Waters Technology Buy-Side Client Reporting Platform of the Year, having entered for the first time.
